Update
At the official weigh in I weighed 251.0 a loss of 3.4 pounds. Not bad for just diet. I am just now getting my exercise part going. The 3 hour diet is working well. I am not as hungry because I eat something every 3 hours. I will post more later.
My weight loss philosophy is simple, cut your caloric intake and exercise. This will let you lose weight and look good when you reach your desired weight. The tougher part is keeping it off. That is why short cuts can hurt you in keeping it off. You do not develop the new habits to replace the old and you fall back into the same old routines. At lest that is how it seems to work for me.
