The
studies used in this article suggest that artificial sweeteners inhibit the
body's ability to monitor calorie in take. This leads to a larger body size in those who use artificial sweeteners . Or maybe they are
guilty, like me, of drinking a diet drink while enjoying a big mac and large fries? I know that the calories do register when I eat but I chose to ignore that fact while enjoying my food. I am
beginning to see a theme develop in my research. But more on that later as I need more research before I can state my great diet theory
