Weight Loss Update (7/16)

I am now down to 207 pounds. The good news is my body fat is down to 18%.

I probably will not make the 200 pound goal, but as long as I am losing body fat I don't care.

So I am setting a body fat goal. I plan to make 16% BF by August 3rd. This is the end of the 3rd round of the biggest loser contest at work.

I am still going to am toward the 200 pound mark, but it will be extremely hard at this point. Anything less than 205 will be satisfying at this point.

The important part is the body fat is still coming off!!

Science seems to be supporting  what I already believed.

The BIG WEIGHT LOSS SECRET IS ...... control your eating and get plenty of exercise. You can't go on a diet (because diets end). You have to change your habits and life style.

Weight Loss Update (7/03)

I am now down to 208 and 20% body fat!!!!

I am a little behind in my goal of 200 by 7/31, but I can still make it.

Exercise continues to be my saving grace in this venture. My diet has not been as good as it should. My exercise is consistent but not at the level it should be. In other words I am not doing a full 40 plus minutes a day. If I get that straighten out and clean my diet back up I should my this goal or even surpass it.
