I am now down to 208 and 20% body fat!!!!
I am a little behind in my goal of 200 by 7/31, but I can still make it.
Exercise continues to be my saving grace in this venture. My diet has not been as good as it should. My exercise is consistent but not at the level it should be. In other words I am not doing a full 40 plus minutes a day. If I get that straighten out and clean my diet back up I should my this goal or even surpass it.
