Offical start of Diet
Well I offically started the diet Monday. We are doing a biggest losser contest at work. My starting weight was 254.4. My goal is to be between 180 and 185 by the 4th of July. I am using the 3hour diet atleast to start. We will see how it goes.
My weight loss philosophy is simple, cut your caloric intake and exercise. This will let you lose weight and look good when you reach your desired weight. The tougher part is keeping it off. That is why short cuts can hurt you in keeping it off. You do not develop the new habits to replace the old and you fall back into the same old routines. At lest that is how it seems to work for me.
