Now my over all update. I am now 207 pounds and maintain the 17% body fat I reached 3 weeks ago. Everything seems to be holding steady, which is good considering I have not done any exercise in 2 weeks!!
I seem to have lost my drive and it is in more than just this part of my life. Time to charge my batteries. Just don't know what I am going to do yet.
